For companies

Everyone tells your team to use AI. Almost nobody shows them how.

Futurly starts from each employee's actual job — role, responsibilities, how the week is really spent — and turns it into a personal plan: which AI tools to use, where they help, and how to excel even more at the work they already do. For the people leaving, the same assessment points outward, toward their next career.

Two doors

Same product. Two very different moments.

One helps people excel at the job they have. One helps people find the next one. Both start from the same honest look at what someone actually does all day.
● 01 — Learning benefit
For the people staying

A personal AI playbook for the job they already have.

  • Starts from their actual job — role, responsibilities, how the week is really spent — not a generic curriculum.
  • Maps where AI genuinely helps that work, task by task: which tools to use and where — and what stays human.
  • Weekly action items applied to real work instead of a 40-hour course nobody finishes — thirty minutes, with the exact tool and the first step named.
  • A monthly re-scan as the tools change, so the playbook doesn't go stale the week after the offsite.
● 02 — Offboarding package
For the people leaving

Send people out with a direction, not a login to a job board.

  • Add Futurly to a severance package and the first thing a departing employee gets is clarity about where they're actually competitive — on day one, not after a scheduling email.
  • Three pivot paths with a first step for each, plus an 8-week program that runs Foundation → Positioning → Search.
  • Instant. No coach to book, no cohort start date, no waiting room. Available the moment the conversation ends.
  • A fraction of the cost of traditional outplacement — and the 8-week program is lifetime access, so it doesn't expire the way a three-session package does.

Most companies want both. The same honest look at someone's work powers both doors — pointed inward, it makes them better at their job; pointed outward, it finds their next one.

Rolling it out

Three steps. No IT project.

01

Tell us who it's for.

Headcount, teams, and which motion you're running: an ongoing benefit, an offboarding package, or both. One conversation, not a procurement cycle.

02

We send you access links.

Your people redeem them themselves. No SSO build required, no HR system integration, no personal data handed over in a spreadsheet before anyone opts in.

03

They get a plan. You see the shape, not the details.

Each employee gets their own private profile and plan. You get anonymised, aggregate patterns across the group — which teams are picking up leverage, which tools stick — never an individual's plan.

The reality

30% of working hours could be automated by 2030. That's leverage — if your people know where it applies in their job.

McKinsey Global Institute · The Economic Potential of Generative AI, 2023

Most companies have answered that with a tool license and a Slack announcement. The gap between "we have AI now" and "each person knows what to do with it in their job on Monday" is where all the value is — and it's different for every single role.

Futurly closes that gap one employee at a time. And when a role does change shape and someone leaves, the same assessment gives them what a job-board login never will: an honest new career direction.

We don't make up statistics. Every claim on this page is traceable to a primary research source — and when AI genuinely doesn't help a task, we say so.

What they get

Clarity, in the four places it matters.

For the people staying, it points inward — at the job they have. For the people leaving, it points outward — at the next one.
● 01 — Their job

Their job, mapped.

An honest read of their role, responsibilities, and where the week actually goes — the starting point everything else is built on. Three minutes, no CV required.

● 02 — Leverage

The right tools, per task.

Where AI genuinely helps in their job — which tools, on which tasks — and what stays human. Not a trending-tools listicle.

● 03 — Momentum

A weekly action plan.

Stop planning, start moving. What to do this week, and the week after that — thirty minutes at a time, applied to their real work, with the exact tool named. Leaving? The same engine gives three career directions with fit scores and first steps.

● 04 — Privacy

Private by default.

Their career data never trains a model, never gets sold, never leaves their account. GDPR-native. They can delete everything with one click, any time — and you never see an individual's results.

What an individual pays today

Questions

Before you email us.

Nothing individual. Ever. An employee's profile, plan, tool recommendations and career directions belong to them and are visible only to them. If you're buying for a group, we can share aggregate patterns — which teams are picking up leverage, which tools and directions recur — with a floor on group size so nobody is identifiable. If an employee doesn't want to take part, nothing happens and nobody is told.
A course teaches a tool and hopes it transfers. Futurly starts from the job: it maps what an employee actually does, shows where AI helps that specific work, and gives them one thing to apply each week — thirty minutes, exact tool named, on their real tasks. And when it's part of an offboarding package, the same assessment points at their next career instead of their current workload.
EU servers. Career data is never used to train third-party models and is never sold. Under GDPR any employee can export everything or delete everything at any time, and we process that within 24 hours. That applies whether you're paying for their seat or not — and it survives them leaving the company.
Redemption links. You distribute them however you already communicate — email, intranet, an offboarding pack, a conversation. Employees redeem in their own name. There's no SSO build, no HRIS integration, and no requirement that you send us a staff list.
You buy seats in advance and hand a redemption link to the employee as part of their package. It works from day one — no booking, no cohort start date. The 8-Week Pivot Program is lifetime access, so someone can start it when they're ready rather than when the clock says so.
We'd rather talk about it than post a number we'd have to walk back. Tell us the headcount and the timeline and we'll tell you straight whether it makes sense.
Individuals pay €1 for the assessment, €11.99/mo for the ongoing plan, or €19.99 one-time for the 8-Week Pivot Program. Company pricing depends on seat count, which motion you're running, and how long you want access to run for — so we quote it rather than publish it. Email us and we'll come back with a real number, not a range.

Every future starts with a doorway.

Tell us who your people are and what you're trying to do for them. We'll tell you honestly whether Futurly is the right thing — and what it would cost.
